If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Return Policy lasts for 30 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept the return of the unused, unopened product within 30 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unopened, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Your receipt or proof of purchase will also need to be presented.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
We are not required to accept a return if you change your mind.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping and recommend an insured and trackable shipping service is engaged.
WA Sealers Pty Ltd will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted and sale items are not eligible for a return.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected we will contact you via email to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your account, or refunded to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on the policy of your card issuer.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 9a Byron Road, Armadale, WA, 6112, Australia.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
